When the status confirmation is showing on the rota, this means that rota has now gone for approval and will require approving.
If you have approvers set up on the section, you can check as per below steps:
Click on the Organisation structure and then click on the relevant section.
Click into the Section and then click on to Approvers.
If approver has been set, click Edit.
This will then show the post and the approver for that section.
📌Note: Once you submit the rota to be completed as per set approver, the rota stage will now display as confirmation. This can be actioned by the approver or if urgent, you can use the temp cover function.
