Note: If you use Access Evo to access People Hospitality, do not change the People Logon Emails Enabled global setting. You should use the Access Evo functions to reset passwords, such as the forgotten password button on the login screen.
If your login emails are not being sent to employees, please ensure the global setting People Logon Emails Enabled is set to True, you can do this by following the below steps:
In either Setup or Configuration, depending on your set-up, click Settings.
Click System Settings then click Global.
Search and select People Logon Emails Enabled.
Change the Boolean field to True.
Click Save.
