If you wish for your employees to be able to clock into their shifts through the mobile app or your mobile app users are seeing an error message around being unable to load geolocation data within the Access People and HR rota app, then you should input the geolocation data against each section in your system.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
Search for the section you need to edit in the Organisation Structure menu by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the screen.
Click the Edit Section button.
Select the Address tab then click the Edit button.
Enter the Latitude, Longitude and Tolerance values.
Click the Save button.
