Employee missing P60

If an employee is missing P60, this could be due to several reasons.

This normally happens for several reasons:

  • P60 file has not been loaded.

  • Employees P60 not on the file.

If the file has not been loaded, then speak to the payroll team to create a P60 file to load into HR. If the file has been loaded and no P60 is showing, then check them to see if the P60 is in the file.

πŸ“ŒNote: If it's not in the file then request that payroll process the file again making sure that a P60 is being exported. If it is in the file, contact us to investigate why the P60 is not showing as it may not be linked to the employee.
