You can book an appraisal for an employee by following the steps below:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click Employment.
In the drop-down on the left-hand side, click Meeting.
Click Add Meeting.
Click the Type drop-down menu and choose Appraisal.
Fill all relevant boxes and Save.
