Username already in use

if you're unable to set up a new user or employee due to the username already being registered, you'll need to use a different username.

Every username on the system needs to be unique. If you're unable to set up a new user or employee due to the username already being registered, please use a different username or add a number to the end.

If you can't find another user with the username you're trying to use, contact us and provide the following information:

  • The username you're trying to use.
