You can remove permission to view employee bank details when:
They donât need that information for their role: for example, a manager may need access to employee records but not financial details like bank accounts.
Their role has changed: if someone moves to a different position, their access should match their new responsibilities.
You want to reduce risk of sensitive data exposure: bank details are personal and sensitive, so restricting who can see them helps protect employee privacy and keeps HR data secure.
Revoke access to employee bank details on the role
You can revoke access to employee bank details on a role, if you follow the steps below:
On the left-hand menu select Setup or Configuration depending on how your system is set up.
Select Roles&Permissions then click into the role that is needing to be edited.
Click Role permissions then click Edit permissions

Search for Bank account details and turn off the permissions that are selected.
Click Save.
