Set up options for absence classes in the Tronc module

As an administrator, you can configure option for absence classes in the tronc module in a few easy steps.

You can configure options for absence classes in the tronc module within the Absence Class configuration screen. To do this, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Configuration then click Settings.

  2. Expand HR then click Absence Class.

  3. Click on the required absence class.

    • You can see a checkbox named Tronc which is defaulted to off.

  4. Select the Tronc checkbox.

    • This means that any absence class with the Tronc checkbox enabled will be included in the holiday hours calculation within the Tronc module when Include holiday hours is selected.
