Previously, the Save button would immediately save the Negotiating Body without any prompt. Now, this action has been moved to a Save Negotiating Body popup that appears afterward, allowing for confirmation as part of the saving process.
β
A Cancel button has been added to undo any unintentional changes made to the Negotiating Body. If the Negotiating Body is being edited and the New button is clicked, any changes are discarded to prevent unintentional modifications.

Other changes to the Save Negotiating Body pop up known formerly as Push Out
Changes are as below:
The Push Out Changes popup has been renamed to Save Negotiating Body for clarity, and a new option has been added to make changes to the Negotiating Body without pushing out any changes.
We have clarified the options within the popup, as the radio buttons were previously mistaken for bullet points.
It is now clear that Push Out Changes Now overrides the approval process.
Default options have been removed to prevent unintentional processes from being triggered, ensuring that actions are a conscious decision.
Small popup notifications, toast have been added to indicate whether changes have been saved or discarded, depending on the action taken.
All popups will close upon completion if a new effective date is added, eliminating any uncertainty about whether the process was completed.
Closing the popup using the Close button or X will now return the user to the previous screen without saving any changes.
We have relocated the Save functionality from the Negotiating Body screen to the Push Out Changes popup.
