If you intend to change contracted hours, you must finalise it before making the rotas for those weeks available. If the rotas are already open, you must delete them , make the changes, and then reopen them .

If the rota week is closed, you must inform your designated payroll advisor that the employee should be paid according to the new or previous terms for that week.
Future change to contracted hours will now be reflected on the rota
Any future change to contracted hours will have impact on the rota.
