To rectify pay rate discrepancies between HR and payroll, check employee's current pay rate and history following the steps below:
In the Organisation search, search for and select the employee's profile.
Click Payroll, then click Pay.
Review the historic pay records.
If they match and the employee is on pay scale or grade, follow the steps below:
Click Admin or Configuration, then click Settings.
Click Module Settings, then click Payroll Settings.
Select Paygrade and Pay Scale or Paygrade and Not Pay Scale.
Compare the current and historic pay scale rates.
📌Note: If the rates match the employee's record, no action is needed. If they don't, contact your payroll agent to resolve the discrepancy between HR and payroll.
