There are two ways in which you can add pronouns to a user's profile; via their profile, or in the onboarding wizard.
Person profile
Providing you have the permissions to view and edit an employee profile, can add a pronoun(s) by following the steps below:
Click Person, then click Profile.
Click Edit.
In the Pronoun box, enter the details.
To separate pronouns, use a dash /.
Click Save.
πNote: The pronoun(s) details are visible on the main profile screen.
New starter and ATS onboarding wizard
You can add pronouns as you're creating new employees. Simply add the pronouns as you're creating the new user.
πNote: The details entered on this screen are visible against the employee profile.
