You can add or edit a Leaving Destination, so your organisation has a consistent list of options to record where someone is going when they leave, for example, âHigher Educationâ, âEmploymentâ, âTrainingâ, âNot in Education, Employment or Trainingâ, etc.
This helps keep leaver records standardised, which makes reporting and record keeping easier and more accurate.
đNote: If you need to change an existing option like fixing a typo or updating wording, you can edit the destination and save it.
You can add or edit a leaving destination on the system.
Add a leaving destination
Go to Configuration or Admin Menu, depending on your setup.
Click Module Settings then select HR from the dropdown.
Click Leaving Destination then click Add Leaving Destination.
Enter a description then click Save.
Edit a leaving destination
Go to Configuration or Admin Menu, depending on your setup.
Click Module Settings then select HR from the dropdown.
Click Leaving Destination then click into required one to edit it.
Once you made the changes, click Save.
