The system isn’t designed to switch employees between leave measured in days and leave measured in hours. Doing so requires manual adjustments to correct their balances.
If an employee is currently set to hours but is covering a post where the template uses days, you can configure the absence to use a specific template that uses hours rather than inheriting from the post.
📌Note: This approach will only affect that individual employee and will leave the post settings unchanged.
