Browser
Please make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser to access Access People Hospitality. If you do not know what browser you are using, go to What's My Browser to see your browser details, including the browser you are using, the version of the browser, what version of windows you are using, and much more. It does not gather personal information and will only show your environment setup. A code is displayed on your screen, if you need to create a case for your query, please include this code.

If you are not using the most up to date browser, please run your updates and try the content again. Internet Explorer is no longer being kept up to date by Microsoft, if you are using IE please try a different browser.
Connectivity
To check your internet connection please type Internet speed test into Google and then click on the blue run speed test button. This shows you two numbers, one is downloading speed, and the other is uploading speed. If your download speed is under 10megabits this could be why you're experiencing slow performance.

There could also be issues with your internet provider, please check their website to see if there are any known issues with connectivity.
Clear cache
If you delete the cache data you improve the loading time of web pages and increase the performance of your computer. It is a good idea to clear your browser cache because it:
Protects your personal information.
Helps applications run better on your computer.
