Unable to log into the system

If the login button is not working, you need to check for errors.

If there is no message appearing when clicking the "login" button and the page is not loading or changing, you can check for possible errors by performing the below steps:

  1. Right click anywhere on the page and click Inspect.

  2. Click the Console tab at the top of the newly made window.

πŸ“ŒNote: If there are red error boxes on this page with "Logon" written on the right of them, contact us, same case if all system users are unable to log in.

If one employee or a number of employees reports this issue, this more than likely is not a software issue. Please ask the affected employee to do the below:

  • Clear their browser cache.

  • Log in using a different device.

  • Log in on a different browser.

  • Double check with internal IT team if there are any issues, for example, a VPN issue.
