Amend a new pay element

You can edit or create a new pay element, in a few easy steps

πŸ“ŒNote: If you're creating a new pay element, your payroll executives need to provide you with a payroll code. You can add the code to HR or contact us and we can do this for you, however, this is chargeable.

To create or amend pay elements, please follow the steps below:

  1. Depending on your configuration, click Admin Menu or Configuration.

  2. Click Settings, then click Module Settings.

  3. Click Payroll Settings, then click Pay Element.

  4. Select what you want to do:

    • To create a new pay element click Add Pay Element.

    • To amend a pay element, click the existing pay element.

  5. Fill out the details and click Save.
