ππNote: The way this is configured can also affect the way an employee's holiday entitlement and accrual is calculated.
Provided you have access to edit employee pay details, you can change how an employee is paid following the steps below:
Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.
Click the Payroll tab then click the Pay tab.
Click Pay History then select the most recent pay line.
By Paid, click Edit.
Select the required option:
Contracted hours or shifts: The employee is paid based on their contracted hours or shifts. Contracted days are based on the FTE hours to calculate what percentage of the FTE salary they're paid. You can view this in the actual salary figure.
Hours or shifts worked: The employee is paid based on what hours or shifts you input on their corresponding rota and their hourly rate. β
Click Save.
