The system will automatically change an employees pay to meet in line with NMW set by the government.
If the employee salary is set automatic approve, the wage increase will happen itself or if it set to an approver the system will send a notification to the chosen approver to approve the NMW.
Add a new national minimum wage rate
⚠️Important: It's important to understand that this is only for adding a new NMW scheme rate and not changing a current rate. When you come to update them on the next uplift you will select the rate you want to change. This will open a new dialog, and you then select the Add National Minimum Wage Change button. This opens a new dialog where you can add the new uplifted rate.
To add a new NMW rate, follow the below steps:
Click on Configuration and then click on Settings
Click on Module Settings and then click on Payroll Settings
Click National Minimum Wage, this will open the NMW rates page on the right.
Now press the Add National Minimum Wage button on the top right, this will open a new dialog where you can set up the new rate.
