Can't complete new employee

If you can't complete the new employee as you get a failed to load error, you can easily resolve this

If you get a failed to load error when you're creating a new employee, stopping you from adding employment to the profile, you need delete the employee and re-add the information. Once you've created the employee, set up the employment straight away.

If this doesn't work, you need to contact us and provide the following:

  • A screenshot of the error.

  • The details of the new employee.
