If you want all employees to be able to edit their own sensitive information in self-service. you need to assign permission SelfService Equality with the view

and edit elements.

🤓Tip: To allow all employees to update this information, you need to add this permission to their employee role. No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
