📌Note: Before turning this on, you'll need to set up at least one memorable question hint.
You’d set up a memorable question upon login as an extra security step for employees signing in.
Once it’s enabled, every employee will be prompted to set up their own memorable question the next time they log in, and they’ll need to answer it when they sign in.
Set up a memorable question upon login
To set up a memorable question upon login, follow the below steps:
Click Settings expand Module Settings then click General.
Navigate to Memorable Information Hint and click Add Memorable Information Hint and fill in the description.
Enable the setting
Once you have done the above, you can now enable this setting by doing the below:
Open System Settings.
Click into Account Logging In.
Set Memorable question enabled to ON.
📌Note: Once the user has done this, whenever an employee logs on to the system, they will need to set up a memorable question.
