The time worked in lieu tab within the absence menu of an employee's profile is controlled by the Lieu Days permission and you will require the view
element to be assigned to an employee through their employment, post or a role.

If the time worked in lieu tab does not appear once the permission has been assigned, it may be due to not being marked as included on the field setting.
You can change this if you follow the below steps:
Click Settings then click Field Settings.
Search for and select Tab-Employment-TimeInLieu.
Select the tick box Include.
Click Save.
πNote: You'll see now the time worked in lieu tab within an employee's profile under the absence menu.
