You can enable the lieu time section in all employee's self-service by following the below steps:
Depending on your setup select Configuration or Admin menu.
Click Roles & Permissions and select Employee.
Click Role Permissions and Edit Permissions.
Search for Lieuday Self-Service.
For this permission select:
Can Delete

Can Add

Can Edit

Can View
