You can use this function to track any items that have been loaned out by the company to an employee.
This can be recorded on the employee's profile, by following the steps below:
Search for the employee using the organisation search.
Under the Employment tab, click on the Asset button.
Click Add Asset.
You can then choose from the drop-down list Items such as laptops, mobile phones, site keys, safe keys, tablets, and uniforms.
You can then log the details of the item by adding the asset type, serial number, date issued, date returned, and any comments you may want to add.
Items aren't available
If the item required is not in the drop-down list, you can add further items, if you follow the below steps:
Click Settings then expand Module Settings.
Select HR then select Asset Type.
Click Add New Asset Type.
Add a description then click Save.
