If you are seeing the text new news's displayed on the home page or on a recruitment page, this is likely a headline contained within the configuration of the page.
Home Page
You can change the headline by following the below steps:
On the home page, click Edit This Page in the top right corner.
Click into the New news section on the Page Edit window.
You may have multiple sections set up here.
Edit the Headline field text if you wish to update the text.
Alternatively, click Delete to remove the section from your home page if this is no longer required.
Click Save.
Recruitment Page
From the main system home screen, click into the Content tab within the menu structure.
This may be in the Configuration or System Admin menu depending on your configuration.
Within Content, expand Pages then expand Recruitment Pages.
You will now see a list of pages within the recruitment system, click the required page.
For example, the home page is titled Homepage.
Click Edit in the top right.
Click the New news section on the Page Edit window.
