If you are seeing an email address is not valid error message after entering data into an email-based field or trying to proceed with populated data in the email field, this is likely due to formatting issues of the email address entered.

Please ensure the email address entered follows the standard email address formatting rules such as:

  • The local part of the email contains alpha-numeric and a selection of special characters, e.g. full stop.

  • Including the @ symbol along after the local part of the email to connect to the domain.

  • The domain name is accurate and contains alpha-numeric and a selection of special characters, e.g. hyphen [-]. The domain should also include a suffix such as .com.

πŸ“ŒNote: The error message is likely caused by an additional character being located in the email address such as a space either at the beginning or end of the text.
