You can print rotas directly from the multi rotas section and leave, sickness, and training hours now appear against the associated day when printing rotas from the main rota screens and the multi-rota screen.
To print rotas, follow the below steps:
Click My Team then click Rotas.
Click Multi Rotas then click Print Rotas.
Select Background graphics option to ensure that all icons, such as leave and sickness are printed.
Click Print.
📌Note: You can deselect the absence and training hours within the print preview screens, which will revert the print versions back to showing only icons.
