Add and amend salary

You can add or amend a salary for an employee, in a few easy steps.

To add or amend a salary for an employee, follow the steps below:

  1. Use the Organisation Search box to search for and select the employee's profile.

    • Alternatively, click My Team and then click Team and select their profile.

  2. Click Payroll and then click Pay.

  3. Click Change Basic Pay and enter the effective date.

  4. Click Save.

πŸ€“Tip: Click Pay History to see a list of salaries this employee has had, from the most recent to the oldest.
